These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, booking platforms, online tools, mobile-accessible services, digital content, and any related products or services offered by Plyo Pilates Performance LLC (“Studio,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all other posted policies. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

By accessing the Site, creating an account, booking classes, purchasing memberships, or using any Studio service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, customers, members, students, parents/guardians of minor users, and any individuals interacting with the Studio digital environment.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Studio services. Minors aged 13–17 may participate only with parental or legal guardian consent. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to use the Site for unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.

To access certain services, you may be required to create an account through the Studio’s booking platform (e.g., Momence). You agree to provide accurate information, maintain your account security, and notify us of unauthorized use. The Studio is not responsible for loss or damage resulting from compromised accounts due to user negligence.

All content on the Site—including class descriptions, blog posts, advice, exercise demonstrations, video clips, trademarks, images, and branding is provided for informational purposes only and does not replace personalized instruction or medical advice. You agree not to misuse or reproduce Studio content without written consent.

The Site and all content are owned or licensed by the Studio and protected under intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only. Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.

You agree not to engage in illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or disruptive activities. This includes uploading malware, attempting to bypass security features, scraping data, impersonating another person, or using bots or unauthorized tools to access the Site.

By submitting payment information, you authorize the Studio and its payment partners to charge your selected payment method for purchases, memberships, and applicable fees. All purchases are subject to Studio policies and are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

Use of the Site to book classes is subject to Studio rules, including cancellation windows, forfeiture of classes for late cancellations, and denial of entry if arriving more than 10 minutes late. The Studio may modify schedules, instructors, or offerings at any time.

The Site may link to third-party services or external websites, including Momence, Stripe, and social media platforms. These third parties have their own policies, and the Studio is not responsible for their practices.

Participation in Pilates and fitness activities involves inherent risks. You acknowledge that you are responsible for evaluating your own physical condition and assume all risks associated with exercise participation. The Studio does not provide medical advice.

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or compatibility with your device. Your use of the Site is at your sole risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including injuries resulting from exercise, technical issues, unauthorized access, or third-party actions.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plyo Pilates Performance LLC and its owners, employees, instructors, contractors, and affiliates from any claims arising from misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of intellectual property.

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Site at any time for violations of these Terms or harmful conduct. You may request account deletion by contacting the Studio.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising from your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County. Class actions are prohibited. Parties must attempt informal resolution before arbitration.

Communications from the Studio may be delivered via email, SMS, notifications, or website postings. You agree to receive electronic communications related to your account and Studio services.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a new “Effective Date,” and continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
