FAQs

What time should I arrive for class?
Please plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early. This gives you time to get settled, adjust your equipment, and start your warm-up. For safety reasons, late arrivals of 10 minutes or more won’t be permitted to join class. The warm up is essential to prevent injury.

Welcome! We recommend starting with our Introductory Private Session to learn Reformer setup, alignment, and foundational exercises. This session helps you feel confident and prepared before joining group classes.  We offer a special first time introductory private session for $60 (regularly $130). To schedule your session, please email info@plyopilatesperformance.com.  However, let the instructor know if it’s your first time and they will help guide you.

Pilates is a game changer for men! It builds core strength, improves flexibility, enhances posture, and increases overall body awareness, all crucial for athletic performance and injury prevention. Many male athletes use Pilates to boost mobility and power without sacrificing stability. It also strengthens smaller stabilizing muscles that traditional weight training can overlook, helping you move better both in the gym and in daily life. Basically, Pilates makes you stronger, more balanced, and more resilient from your core out.

You can easily book through our website, or the P3 mobile app. Classes fill quickly, so we suggest reserving your spot in advance. You can also join a waitlist.  If someone cancels, you’ll automatically be added to class and notified by text or email.

If you need to cancel, please do so via our online booking system or mobile app. This instantly notifies someone on the waitlist that a spot has opened.

  • Unlimited Members: $20 fee for cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours.
  • Package Clients: Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the session.

If a class doesn’t meet the required minimum attendance or needs to be canceled for another reason, you’ll receive a text or email notification (so make sure you’ve opted in!). The credit will automatically be returned to your account for future use.

Wear comfortable, activewear so your instructor can check alignment. Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene!   Please bring water, your core will thank you later.

It’s Pilates reimagined. We blend classical reformer technique with performance based athletic movement. Our classes are designed to build strength, flexibility, and endurance, helping you move better in everyday life and in sport.

Yes, all sales are final. Class times, formats, and instructors are subject to change at any time. When purchasing classes or sessions, you’re paying for the experience, not a specific instructor.

We know our instructors are amazing, but schedules can shift! While we can’t guarantee a specific instructor, every member of our team brings exceptional training and energy to class.

⏰ Be Punctual… Your Body Will Thank You

We love that you’re eager to move, but please arrive on time! Warming up is how your body preps for magic (and avoids awkward tweaks). If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you’ll have to sit this one out, safety first! Your session will be forfeited, and a no show fee may apply. Think of it as motivation to be fashionably early instead of fashionably injured. 😉

Life happens we get it! If you need to cancel your group class, hop onto our online booking system or mobile app. It instantly notifies someone on the waitlist that a spot just opened (hello, Pilates karma!).

  • Unlimited Members: A $20 fee applies if you cancel or miss class within 24 hours.
  • Package Clients: Late cancellations or no-shows will result in your session being forfeited.
Moral of the story? Cancel early, save your spot, save your dollars. 💁‍♀️

When a class is full, don’t worry hop on the waitlist! But if you know you can’t make it, please remove yourself. You could be automatically added to the class once a spot opens, even within the 24-hour window. Surprise workouts are fun… except when you didn’t plan for them!

All sales are final (we like commitment it’s very Pilates of us). Class times, formats, and instructors may shift from time to time… flexibility is kind of our thing. When you purchase sessions, you’re investing in the experience, not a specific instructor. Don’t worry, every teacher brings their own flair and expertise to the reformer!

If a class gets canceled, we’ll send you a text or email.  Just make sure you’ve opted in for notifications. If a class doesn’t meet the minimum attendance, that credit goes right back into your account for future use. Pro tip: book into classes that already have sign ups to help keep them on the schedule (and your flow uninterrupted).

All sales are final. Class times and instructors can change as sometimes life (and scheduling) happens. And finally, we reserve the right to refuse anyone if needed, always with professionalism and care.
